The big parts, I want it Cool:
Assorted Tortilla Wraps and or Sandwiches (Trust us and we’ll make our most popular ones so that you look good!)
Assorted Meat (Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, Hickory Smoked Ham…maybe some Chicken Salad too!), Swiss, Cheddar and Provolone Cheese, Veggies galore, with an assortment of Breads and Dressings.
The big parts, I want it Hot:
Chicken Fajitas….with all the perfect toppings packed neatly on the side Angus Beef Burger Bar, with Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Condiments, Cheese set up to eat on our Ciabatta Bun. Black Bean Vegetarian option available too!
Macaroni and Cheese…..or with Spicy Andouille Sausage mixed in. We can hold the Sausage if you like, but would recommend keeping it in because it’s amazing.
Kettle Chips with a French Onion Dip
Bags of Ripple Potato Chips
Tossed Salad with a variety of Dressings
Cup or Bowl option for soup of the day (Chicken Dumpling, Broccoli Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper with Smoked Gouda Cheese, plus several more)

Chances are you have been to an event and had a lunch from Max & Emily’s that isn’t listed here. Perhaps it was traveling with the CMU Football team who love a Chicken Finger Box Lunch for the road trip out of town. Our Friends out at Morbark have us out several times a year for big groups serving BBQ Brisket and Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Maybe you happened to find yourself at a Chippewa Club event and saw owner Tim Brockman out back cooking BBQ Ribs on the grill, a Tim Brockman specialty.
